No matter what time of year it is, ice cream is always a good idea. Whether you prefer yours in a cone or a cup, Creole Creamery is by far one of the best places to grab some ice cream in New Orleans. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, be sure to make your way over to this precious parlor to indulge in some of the most unique ice cream flavors around. Grab a spoon and let’s dig in!
Located in the old McKenzie's shop, Creole Creamery has been a favorite for locals in the Uptown area looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Always on deck are the classics: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry plus several non-traditional flavors like lavender-honey, peanut butter fudge pie, and the always popular, cookies and cream.
In addition to their staples, Creole Creamery rotates in specialty flavors that you won't find anywhere else. Pictured above is the extra dark chocolate and espresso ice cream with a pumpkin-fireball whiskey caramel swirl. Wow!
Don't think too hard about it! Their sampler gives you the best of both worlds. Choose either four or six sampler scoops so you can taste a few of your favorites!
They even sell hand-packed pints and quarts, so you can throw a few in your freezer so you can have this delicious ice cream whenever you want!
