New Orleans native Justin LeBlanc learned the art of boiling crawfish from his grandparents, and it was his dream job to own a restaurant where he could share his delicious recipes with the city. The atmosphere is casual, the service is friendly, and the crawfish just can’t be beat. Two locations: 4701 Airline Drive in Metairie and 236 Carrollton Avenue.

Their original location on South Broad Street opened in 1995 and they were so popular they opened three more, so that tells you that this place is good. The family owned and operated restaurant serves quality seafood served piping hot and perfectly seasoned. They have locations at: 1479 N. Claiborne Avenue, 2730 South Broad Street, 1901 Almonaster Avenue, and 7020 Read Boulevard.
