Awaken Your Taste Buds With A Visit To The Enchanting Clancy's In New Orleans
New Orleans certainly knows a thing or two about food. With so many restaurants in the city, you could eat at a different restaurant every day and still not come close to dining at them all. If you find yourself Uptown and looking for a unique yet timeless place to enjoy a meal, then you have to visit Clancy’s.

When you’re looking for a refined meal outside of the downtown area, Clancy’s is just the ticket.

With the windows providing ample light into the space combined with the tuxedo-clad staff and white table cloths, it’s no wonder this hidden gem has been a favorite with New Orleanians for generations.

Originally a humble little po’boy shop and bar, the original owners, Ed and Betty Clancy, sold the restaurant in 1983 to Billy Slatten, Bryan Wagner, and Marcel Livaudais who transformed it into the fine dining, white tablecloth restaurant we know today.

Both the lunch and dinner menu are full of unique French-Creole specialities that cater to just about anyone’s palette.

Fried to perfection and served almondine-style, it’s no wonder this dish has been a staple on the menu for years.

You'll also find several incredible salads and starter dishes, too.

It’s the perfect dessert to end a memorable meal.
