Originally a humble little po’boy shop and bar, the original owners, Ed and Betty Clancy, sold the restaurant in 1983 to Billy Slatten, Bryan Wagner, and Marcel Livaudais who transformed it into the fine dining, white tablecloth restaurant we know today.
The handwritten menu features an assortment of elegant Creole classics that you won’t find just anywhere.
