For more than a hundred years, they’ve been shucking some of the most delicious oysters in the city, and it’s become a staple for countless locals over the years. Today, the iconic restaurant on historic Magazine Street is run by Joe’s son and grandson, keeping the family business intact for over a century.

Fun fact: Joe Casamento chose the tile specifically because it would be easier to clean and it took four different tile companies from around the country to complete the job.
