The custom grill was built by Caro’s uncle, and the one-of-a-kind grill burns oak logs and two adjustable grates to adjust the heat.

Just when you thought steak couldn’t get any better, it does.

From skirt steak to Wagyu strip loins, you’ll find several different cuts of meat on the menu.

It’s not on the menu, but it’s available every night upon request. The tasting plate is great for sharing and gives you a chance to try a little bit of everything!

You’ll also find grilled pork chops, roasted chicken, and grilled whole fish as well.

The 1/2-pound Wagyu beef burger is complimented with white cheddar cheese, housemate aioli, bacon, an onion jam, and dressed with lettuce and tomato. We promise, you’ve never had a burger like this before.
