Crafted by the talented Susan Spicer, the menu seamlessly blends flavors and styles from all over the world.

Whether you dine for lunch or dinner, you’re surely in for something special. Pictured below is their smoked duck "PB & J", a local favorite on the lunch menu. This delicate sandwich features cashew butter and pepper jelly with an apple celery salad for an explosion of flavors you’ll only find here at Bayona.
