When people in New Orleans first heard that New Orleans would be the home of the National World War II museum, it was hard to know what to think. We aren’t necessarily known as a place where top quality historical museums are found. But like all things, we embraced it fully–and who could have known what an incredible place would blossom! Truly, it’s one of the most amazing places in the city today.
