The Mac And Cheese Burgers At This Humble Restaurant In Louisiana Are As Big As Your Head
Sometimes you just need a big, juicy burger. Sure, there are plenty of burger joints throughout the state, but this particular restaurant is taking everything you know about burgers and kicking it up a few notches. Next time you get a craving for a delicious burger, head over to this humble restaurant where the burgers are as big as your head.

It was opened by J.P. Ngo and Trent Fresina, two friends who met while working together at a bar near LSU and then reunited years later to make their culinary dreams come true.

It was practically an overnight success, and they quickly outgrew their humble little space in Hammond and ended up moving to another, larger spot in 2011 before moving yet again in 2018. In 2013, they opened up their Baton Rouge location, which was also a success.
