Louisiana’s Kiroli Park Features 150 Acres Of Beautiful Blooms Perfect For Spring Adventures
Ready to enjoy a day of fun in the sun? Well, then you’re going to want to make your way over to West Monroe where you’ll find Kiroli Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Louisiana. There’s plenty of attractions to keep kids and adults of all ages entertained, and during springtime, expect hundreds of beautiful blooms.

Originally intended to be used by the Boy Scouts, the Kiwanis, Rotary, and Lions clubs all pitched in to purchase the land in 1917 and donated it to the Boy Scouts of America as a camp. The name "Kiroli" combines the first two letters of each of the clubs.

The playgrounds, in particular, are very attractive to the little ones.

There are also tennis courts, fishing ponds, and even a dog park!

Bring your fishing rod and see if you can reel in a catfish or trout in the stocked pond, or lose yourself in a good book sitting by the water's edge.

There are multiple trails to explore, and all of them are under three miles, so you can mix and match to suit your schedule.

The longest trail in the park, the Outer Trail, is just shy of two miles and will have you crossing rivers and streams while under the shade from the towering pines above.

If you love flowers, that is.

Just look at those beautiful tulips, just ready to burst!

Tulips, azaleas, and endless wildflowers are just a few of the blossoms you might see during your visit.

Admission to Kiroli Park is $1 per person, and the park is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Be sure to give the park a follow on Facebook so you can stay up to date on their latest additions to the park.
