Louisiana knows a thing or two about good food. People travel from all over the world just to get a taste of our incredible Cajun and Creole dishes, and we are lucky enough to have this amazing food right in our backyard. While countless Creole restaurants serve truly delicious dishes, there’s one, in particular, that’s a bit off the beaten path, but worth the extra effort to get there.
