It’s the intense heat that truly makes this pizza delicious. It’s an ancient style of cooking Pizza Napoletana that goes back decades. The oven’s interior dome roof created the perfect environment for this particular type of pizza, allowing the top of the pie to cook at the same rate as the bottom.

They make their own dough, sauce, and even their own mozzarella every day, and you can definitely taste the difference.
