He's still being bottle-fed, and you can help feed him!
The Giraffe Encounter lasts roughly one hour, and during your time you can choose to feed the little fella or just watch others.

If you'd like to feed him, the cost is $100 per person. If you'd just like to observe, then it's $50. You can also share your bottle with a member of your group, taking turns feeding T'challa. Up to six people at a time can observe the feeding.
