Located in the heart of downtown Monroe on the beautiful Ouachita River, Restaurant Cotton has been a fixture for locals looking for a memorable meal since they opened in 2008.
The building dates back to 1893 and has been many businesses over the years including a mail-order liquor dealership during Prohibition, a bar, a general store, a cafeteria, a bookstore, and even a cotton exchange.
