Recently, Chef’s Pencil published an article that compiled a list of the best and worth cities to get BBQ in the country. They based their ratings on every BBQ restaurant in the nation’s 75 largest cities, and to everyone’s surprise, New Orleans took home the number one spot. While New Orleans is known for a ton of delicious foods, BBQ doesn’t usually make the list.
