While there are tons of places that offer traditional breakfast and brunch menu items, we’ve found a few that are putting their own unique twist on the traditional brunch menu. In no particular order, here are some of our favorites.
This place puts their own spin on the classic eggs Benedict: pulled pork, poached eggs, hollandaise on top of jalapeno corn cakes. Located at 949 Ryan Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601.

Try their Eggs Atchafalaya: poached eggs, fried green tomatoes topped with jumbo lump crab meat and Hollandaise sauce. Located at 901 Louisiana Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70115.
Try their killer creole omelet: Gulf shrimp, tasso, onions, bell peppers, cheddar jack cheese topped with Hollandaise. They also have a bananas in pajamas appetizer that's a unique twist on the classic banana's foster dessert. Located at 1895 W. Pinhook Road, Lfayette, LA 70508.
