Between floods and fires, resilient doesn't even begin to describe this place. When a fire destroyed the original building in 2012, they rebuilt the new location where it is today, about a mile up the road from its original home. Then, in 2016 the restaurant suffered some serious flood damage. Each time, the restaurant has come back stronger than ever. Louisianians know what it takes to rebuild, that's for sure.
