Known for Tabasco hot sauce, but Avery Island has much more to offer. Avery Island is filled with wildlife and beautiful nature walks, it's really a beautiful botanical treasure you won't regret visiting.


The State's capital is an urban oasis filled with beautiful architecture. Take a walk on the levee, stroll through downtown's Beauregard Town, one of Baton Rouge's oldest neighborhoods.


This small city in the heart of Cajun Country is the crawfish capital of the world. Go on the walking tour on that will take you down Bayou Teche and through downtown Breaux Bridge.

The downtown area is full of art galleries, boutique shops and delicious restaurants. Pack a picnic and head to Bogue Falaya Park and take in the beautiful scenery.


Grand Isle is known for its world-class fishing, but it also has a pretty amazing birding habitat, as well as seven miles of beautiful beaches.

This little town on the Bayou Barataria is perfect for nature lovers. Explore the dark bayou waters in this historic fishing villiage.


Known as the "happiest city in America", there's never a shortage of things to do in Lafayette. It's an area known for its swampland teeming with wildlife.


Of course New Orleans had to make the list! New Orleans has something for everyone. Whether you're walking through the French Quarter or strolling through Audubon Park, the scenery is absolutely beautiful.
