It’s the perfect time of year to get outdoors and explore some nature trails. The temperatures have dropped a bit, the air is crisp, and the mosquitos are (for the most part) a distant memory. We’re always looking for new trails to explore, and we’ve found a National Wildlife Refuge in Monroe that has some trails that lead to incredible views that you need to see.
You can find the refuge at 480 Richland Place Dr, Monroe, Louisiana 71203. The trails are open seven days a week during daylight hours and there is no charge to enter.
