Though Louisiana does indeed have nearly 400 miles of coastline, we don’t typically think of Louisiana as a coastal state. At least, not when you have states like Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi right next door and they’re known for their beautiful beaches. However, Louisiana’s coast tends to win the gold medal in fishing, with spots like Grand Isle and Venice known for their excellent fishing opportunities. There is one little slice of paradise overlooking the Gulf that might just rival our beachy neighbors, and I think you’ll absolutely love it.
