This peaceful park in Morgan City clocks in at about 10 acres and features beautiful water views and abundant plant life. The Carillon Tower stands at 106 feet and contains 61 bronze bells, which add a soothing soundtrack to your peaceful stroll through this hidden gem.

Just shy of two miles, this lovely loop trail is nestled within the Kisatchie National Forest near Cloutierville. The sweeping views of the forest will leave you speechless, and you’ll find yourself second guessing if you’re actually in Louisiana.

Head on down to the Cajun Riviera for some fun in the sun! Sink your toes in the sand and gaze out towards the Gulf of Mexico, or search for seashells along the shore.

Tucked away on Bayou Petit Caillou in south Louisiana, the Chauvin Sculpture Garden was once the home of artist Kenny Hill. He created all of the sculptures on the property and it’s quite a sight to see. As you stroll through the grounds, take notice of the dominant good vs. evil theme throughout his work.
