Even though we haven’t even hit fall quite yet, we can’t help but wonder what this year’s winter will bring. Well, the Farmer’s Almanac Winter Weather Map for 2018-19 is in, and it looks like we’re in for a warmer season than last year.
For much of the deep south, it looks like we can expect a warmer winter than we had last year.
But it looks like we won’t have to worry too much about that year! Although seeing everything blanketed in white was a welcome sight, we don’t get to see that often.
On average, we can expect a warmer than normal winter, with the coldest temperatures expected in late November, early December, and early January and February.
Rainfall will be average in comparison to past winters, although the possibility of snow still lingers, particularly for the northern part of the state.
Are you excited by the thought of a warmer, milder winter this year? Or did you prefer the chillier weather and snow of last year? Let us know in the comments below!
