With so many changes going on in the Cajun parishes of Louisiana, including subsidence, land loss and other environmental issues, it can be easy to feel like a way of life is disappearing. That’s why I loved this video so much. It shows how the Cajun way of life was being sustained in the generation before and gives hope for this way of life to be sustained for the years to come.
