This unconventional sandwich features a duck-fat-brined leg of duck with fried leeks, grilled shiitake mushrooms, a garlic aioli, and -- the pièce de résistance -- a jet-black Cuttlefish ink Nigella Seed Bun from the local Grainwright bakery.
While Watch Hill proudly supports Kentucky distillers, even non-Bluegrass bourbon makers like Hard Truth Distilling Co. from Brown County, Indiana, are represented here.
