We all know Kentucky is an amazing place to live, but have you ever considered using your precious days off to vacation right here in the Bluegrass State? It turns out that no matter what type of vacation you’re looking to go on, you can likely experience it without having to go too far from home. Kentucky may not be Sonoma, but we actually offer many beautiful vineyards and wineries that are ideal for a little vacation time away. Baker-Bird Winery in Augusta is the oldest commercial winery in the country and is an interesting place to visit and, of course, a delicious spot to sample award-winning wines. Stay in the nearby river town, which also has plenty to offer, and you'll experience a vacation that's unique to Kentucky.

Kentucky is a landlocked state, which means we don't really have the same type of islands you may escape to on vacation.
