Kentucky has a deep history when it comes to distilling bourbon, and many buildings in the state were once distilleries. However, it’s not often that you get to actually stay in one! Especially a Kentucky distillery Airbnb located in such a beautiful setting.
The entire place has been renovated into a modern stay with many rustic touches throughout. The living room area is wide open with comfortable furniture and intriguing antiques.
Doesn’t this look like a wonderful place to sit and chat near the fireplace, with old-fashioned accoutrements and huge windows with gorgeous views? Perhaps sip on some local bourbon in honor of the building’s past!
The spacious kitchen has all the modern amenities and you can create quite a feast! That’s a good thing since there are three bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms, and the place can sleep 10 people!
Each of the three bedrooms has unique antiques and rustic wooden floors that provide an old-fashioned, homey feel. This bedroom has one bed while the other two have two beds each. The beds are as comfy as can be!
The massive enclosed patio has ample seating and is a wonderful place for your whole family or group to hang out and scarf down some Kentucky barbecue. Besides the massive kitchen, there are several outdoor grills available.
You’ll be surrounded by beauty and history! Daniel Boone lived very nearby on Boone’s Knoll. The Camp Nelson Civil War Monument is quite close, and there are 57 acres of hiking trails to explore! There are even kayaks and pontoon boats available to rent. What a place to stay!
