I write like it's my job - because it is! I have a Master's in English and love words: crossword puzzles, Scrabble games, Wordle, and, of course, good, old-fashioned books.
I'm a writer and editor at OnlyInYourState, and a contributing writer at Cincinnati Magazine. I love the Great Outdoors and am endlessly awestruck by this beautiful country of ours. Coffee keeps me going, yoga keeps me sane, my kids keep me grounded, and my writing keeps me inspired.
Is there’s anything more adorable than baby farm animals? We sure can’t think of anything. Each spring, as the Bluegrass thaws, the cycle of life is continued with the blooming of fresh buds and the birth of baby animals. Kentucky has an abundance of pristine pastoral land, with some of the most picture-perfect farms where you can revel in the changing of the season up-close. At TC Highlands Farm in Kentucky, nature is on full display right now, with the arrival of fluffy baby calfs, and it’s so utterly delightful you’ll want to snuggle them all — and you can!
TC Highlands Farm in Kentucky really is one of the most enchanting places in the state. Have you visited this family-run farm before? If so, share your experience (and photos!) with us in the comments below!
And if you can’t get enough of that pastoral Bluegrass beauty, definitely check out Snug Hollow Farm B&B!
