AJ Jolly Campground is one of my all-time favorite Kentucky destinations. I have spent countless nights camping there, long afternoons filled with Frisbee golf, and serene days simply dropping a line in the water. While there are plenty of ways to take advantage of the landscape, not much can compare with a walk along the campsite to take in the seasonal foliage. Beyond being a perfect nature getaway, the Kentucky park also comes complete with a wide range of other activities ideal for grownups as well as smaller children. With 1,000 acres to explore, the land open to the public includes fields, forests, and wetland habitats. For a park open to the public in 1963, AJ Jolly gives you everything you could want in a Kentucky park. Let’s check out one of the best campgrounds in Kentucky!
