Many of the dishes come with the option to choose a level of spice, from 1 to 10. Many can hardly make it to a 4 or 5, and a 10 is incredibly rare. AmerAsia can include the insane level of spice from the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper - the hottest pepper on the planet. Try it if you dare.
