Editor’s Note: The Little Kentucky River Winery has permanently closed.
Many don’t think of Kentucky as a sought after destination for wineries, but our state actually offers quite a few local spots for delicious wine and a relaxing atmosphere. While many of these are out in the country and definitely worth a visit, there is one that is nestled right along the Main Street railroad tracks in LaGrange that is about as charming as it gets. The Little Kentucky River Winery is a winery in Kentucky that offers delicious wines, a fantastic seasonal menu, and unique views of the railroad tracks and active trains that chug right through this historic town.
This winery in the Bluegrass State is almost too charming as it’s nestled next to Main Street train tracks in a historic town. Pay a visit to LaGrange and The Little Kentucky River Winery for a lovely experience and a memorable outing in the Bluegrass State.
For more information on this charming winery, visit The Little Kentucky River Winery website. The LaGrange location is currently open Tuesday – Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
