While many of these are out in the country and definitely worth a visit, there is one that is nestled right along the Main Street railroad tracks in LaGrange that is about as charming as it gets. The Little Kentucky River Winery is a winery in Kentucky that offers delicious wines, a fantastic seasonal menu, and unique views of the railroad tracks and active trains that chug right through this historic town.

This delightful little town is one of very few that has a train that actively runs right down its Main Street, in the middle of downtown. Many local shops and restaurants line this stretch of road and this winery is a must-visit stop when you are in the area.

The train typically runs through town multiple times a day, so your chances of seeing one during your visit are good.
