I am somewhat a cliche'. I grew up running around barefoot on a farm in Kentucky.
I love writing, art, sunshine, all animals and my incredibly patient husband, who tolerates my "crazy animal lady" side.
Kentucky is full of beautiful lands and incredible waterways that make picture perfect postcards. Amateur and professional photographers alike can find their Zen spot almost anywhere in our incredible state. Not only is the land beautiful, but every 3 months or so it begins to change with the season. Each change is literally a landscaping metamorphosis. The colors blend and change from vibrant bursts of spring colors, to summer shades of vivid green. Afterward we are blessed with autumn’s shades of gold, orange and reds, and finally dark brown, gray, and white during the winter.

This little road that runs by Pisgah Presbyterian Church property in Woodford County offers a perfect country scene. The well maintained fence line is a perfect contrast to the crisp colors of the grass and trees.
This area in Warsaw County offers plenty of beautiful image opportunities with lush forestry and flowing waters. It's easy to get lost in the beauty of the surroundings, and photographs almost always turn out memorable.
