Throughout the state of Kentucky, there are many places to visit where you can step back in time. From museums to historic buildings to former battlefields, Kentuckians enjoy history and especially love preserving it for generations to come. Located in our state’s oldest town of Harrodsburg was Dedman Drug Store, a spot where locals would gather, as people did in such places in the 19th and early 20th centuries. This historic building is filled with life once again and was transformed into Kentucky Fudge Company, a classic soda fountain and cafe that you’ll absolutely love.
We can only hope that each town in Kentucky has a place like Kentucky Fudge Company, where history has been preserved and locals and visitors gather to eat, drink, socialize, and continue the traditions of our state’s lively past. Have you had a seat at the counter at Kentucky Fudge Company? What other class soda fountains in Kentucky do you love? Let us know in the comments!
