Carr Creek State Park was one of Kentucky’s earliest settlement areas in the 1700s and if you visit today you’ll see why folks decided to settle here. With pristine waters and lush forests, it’s no wonder settlers wanted to call this place home.

You’ll find 39 campsites here for RVs and tents with electric and water hookups. All of the sites are close to the waterfront so that you can enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming with ease.

The campground is quite family-friendly and even provides a playground for the little ones to play on. You can bring your pets as well, as long as they are kept on a leash. It’s a great place to bring the family any time of year.
