Kentucky is a naturally diverse state with so many incredible things to see. Many don’t realize that the Bluegrass State is filled with waterfalls, rocky natural bridges, massive lakes, and gently climbing mountains. Some of these natural wonders are difficult to reach, while others require only a few steps from your car. And then there’s one natural wonder that is just a ride away. This scenic skylift in Kentucky takes you up through the trees and to the top of the Natural Bridge within Daniel Boone National Forest and the Red River Gorge Geological Area. This exciting excursion is a great way to see the bridge and the surrounding area with just a few steps and a thrilling ride.
There are many attractions throughout Kentucky that everyone should try at least once and the Skylift is one of them.

Fall may be the best time to take a ride on this Skylift in Kentucky, since the views are even more colorful. If you're nervous at all about riding and want to know what to expect, it's very similar to a ski lift and you do feel safe and secure while riding with a bar down in front of you.
