When you dine at a restaurant in Kentucky, you’re sure to get a warm welcome and big, ‘ole dose of love… and food! Whether it’s a small mom and pop stop, long-standing eatery, or, as with the following spot, one of the largest restaurants in Kentucky, you can expect big flavors, big portions, and big hospitality here in the Bluegrass. A classic steakhouse, Malone’s has been celebrating meals and milestones with Kentuckians since 1998, with three locations in Lexington. The fourth Malone’s just opened in Louisville, and it’s an expansive, epic spot that’s more than just a restaurant; it’s a destination.
Welcome to Malone's, a classic contemporary steakhouse with four locations in the Bluegrass State.
Malone's opened in 1998; and until recently, its three locations were all in Lexington. However, in 2021, Malone's unveiled its fourth restaurant: a brand-new, two-story destination in Louisville.
The new spot seeks to capture the magic of the Bluegrass; it's a place that pays homage to Kentucky’s history and heritage -- especially in the sports arena. Case in point: this beautiful commemoration of Muhammad Ali.
This massive, two-story restaurant has it all. The first floor features Malone’s and Harry’s American Bar & Grill patio bar. The second level includes an impressive retractable roof, for an open-air experience at Harry’s Rooftop that's unrivaled. Also on the second level is Malone’s Prime Events & Receptions, private dining rooms for corporate events and special occasions.
Finish your meal with something sweet. The chocolate chip cookie is a fan favorite, but we recommend going big -- really big -- with the Colossal Chocolate Cake.
But don't let its size intimidate you; Malone's is, at its heart, your friendly neighborhood steakhouse. It just also happens to be two stories tall with one of the best bourbon collections in the state!
