Bouquet Restaurant is a farm-to-table bistro that has been delighting guests for over 10 years. Its innovative relationships with local farms in Kentucky, as well as its unique atmosphere inside a historic home make Bouquet one of the best restaurants in our state.

Chef and owner Stephen Williams first opened Bouquet in 2007 in the space below where he was living. After growing up around the classic foods of Kentucky and learning even more in the Cincinnati restaurant scene, he decided it was time to bring a new elevated dining experience to Covington.

The historic home has been transformed into a lovely space with historic charm and modern, yet rustic decor. While the food is definitely fine dining and you should make a reservation, the atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming.

Bouquet Restaurant stands apart from the rest thanks to its offerings of the freshest ingredients available. The chef partners with local farms to bring meats, seasonal items, and more directly to your plate.

You simply cannot go wrong with any choice form the menu, which reads like culinary poetry. There are a number of options that are perfect for sharing as a table, such as the Motherboard, shown below.

Many claim that the best burger in the region can be found at Bouquet, and it's difficult to argue. This wagyu burger is made with beef from Black Hawk Farms in Kentucky, pimento cheese, and a locally baked bun.

Each and every dish is as lovely as the next, and don't be afraid to ask your server for suggestions or to request any specifications. Service is top notch here. Also consider the monthly four-course tasting menu, which always shows off the true skills of this kitchen.
