There’s a saying that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover and this certainly applies to restaurants, as the most humble and unassuming restaurants often have the best food. However, when a restaurant has a line out the door, that’s generally a good sign, suggesting it’s a cult favorite. In Kentucky, Feast BBQ is one such restaurant; there’s almost always a line out the door — and for good reason.
Pulled pork. Barbecue. Brisket. Does it get any better? It doesn't.
There are two Feast BBQ locations in Louisville. Pictured here is the Market Street restaurant (909 E. Market St. Suite 100, Louisville, KY, 40206); the other is the Jeffersontown location (10318 Taylorsville Road,
Louisville, KY, 40299).

The brisket from Feast BBQ is perfection: juicy, smoky, and full of flavor. The sandwiches and lunch plates at this BBQ joint let the meat shine, with sides and toppings happily playing second fiddle.
The menu is straightforward and has all the essentials of a proper Kentucky barbecue: delicious meats, baked beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw, cole slaw, collard greens, and potato salad. For groups, Family Meals are the way to go, offering a delicious spread that includes a little bit of everything.
Have you dined at Feast BBQ before? This restaurant is one of the best BBQ joints in the Bluegrass State, and well-worth standing in line to experience.
And if you’re serious about Kentucky BBQ, you definitely need to visit Owensboro, the Bar-B-Q Capital of the World!
