Lavender Hills of Kentucky is a family-owned farm that has gorgeous lavender plants. The farm has had to adjust over the past few years, but they do have a charming shop open throughout the season and keep an eye out for any events and opportunities to visit!
The Lavender Field is another family affair in the rural town of California. The gorgeous farm opens its gates to visitors during the season for U-pick events and they also sell lavender products directly from the farm.
Fairview Lavender Farm is perhaps the most scenic property on this road trip. The lavender grows in the rolling hills of Meade County, which lends itself to some incredibly scenic spots (bring a camera!). There are u-pick opportunities, as well as a shop and the farm has even partnered with Boundary Oak Distillery to create a lavender whiskey!
The last relaxing spot on this road trip takes you to just east of Owensboro and Big Roots Farm. Not only are there lavender fields here, but also cut flower gardens where you can hand pick and create your own bouquet. If you are a lover a flowers, this local farm is a must-visit.
