The Kentucky Castle, also known as Castle Post, is a dreamy property in the heart of Central Kentucky. Surrounded by rolling hills and classic horse farms, this notable property has been transformed into a fabulous boutique hotel, event center, and now a delicious farm-to-table restaurant.

Their vision for this Kentucky destination has always been clear: to develop the 55-acre farm to support a world-class farm-to-table restaurant and boutique hotel, as well as an event experience that you can’t get anywhere else in the world. Over the past several years, they have been developing this dream and it is really beginning to come true. The photos above show the beautifully renovated Ballroom and Library, which prove how grand and authentic this castle really is.

The castle has been running as a boutique hotel for a while now and provides one of the most unique overnight stays in the state — and perhaps the entire country.

Eventually, the farm on the property will be used to supply the ingredients for the menu, and it is now in the process of growing. For now, the restaurant uses locally-sourced items and builds their creations around only the freshest of ingredients.
