Even if you’ve heard of this historic community, perhaps you’ve never visited. Or maybe you have, but it’s been awhile. Either way, one stop during your visit should be to dine at The Trustees’ Table. Though it has seen some recent changes, this traditional restaurant is still a worthy place to visit for a fresh meal, beautiful surroundings and a bit of history.

The Village is located in the picturesque, rolling hills of Kentucky, making it a beautiful spot to visit all year long. And nestled within the community, within the former Trustees' Office, is a lovely restaurant that perfectly demonstrates the ideals of the area.
Today, the restaurant offers what they call "seed-to-table" dining, where everything is fresh and seasonally planned.

The style and some of the offerings have changed recently, but you can still find some of the traditional favorites, including the Shaker Lemon Pie, which was served when the restaurant originally opened in the 1800s.
