There are many historic buildings in Kentucky that have been repurposed and are now living a completely different life. It’s always a great thing to see these structures saved, and it’s even better when they become a business that serves up incredible food. Located in the town of Henderson, the most adorable little gas station was transformed into Rick’s Una Pizza over 40 years ago. This historic building has now been a favorite local pizza parlor for decades and it’s worth the drive to check it out.
Rick’s Una Pizza is a delicious pizza parlor that’s been a Henderson staple for decades, and it does a wonderful job of keeping a historic former gas station alive and well. Rick’s Una Pizza is located at 338 S Green St., Henderson, KY 42420. The restaurant is open for carry-out on Wednesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and on Sunday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. It is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
