I write like it's my job - because it is! I have a Master's in English and love words: crossword puzzles, Scrabble games, Wordle, and, of course, good, old-fashioned books.

Kentucky has an abundance of beautiful waterfalls, and the crown jewel is most definitely Cumberland Falls. Most visitors to Cumberland Falls State Resort Park head to its most popular trail, which leads straight to our state’s largest waterfall. But within this superlative state park, there are many, many more glorious cascades that also deserve your attention. Eagle Falls is one of them. Kentucky’s beautifully blue waterfall will take your breath away, and the journey to get there is a two-mile hike that’s incredibly scenic and accessible.
