You'll start your meal with a trip to the salad bar. Pile your plate high with crisp greens and salad fixings, fresh-cut veggies, gourmet salads, and cheeses.
Once you're ready for the next part of your meal, your gaucho will stop by to explain how it works. Basically, he'll bring you an array of delicious grilled meats and side dishes every few minutes until you tell him to stop!
Every diner has a card that's red on one side, green on the other. Flip your card to green to alert your gaucho to bring more food; switch it to red when you're ready for a little break.
There are 15 different grilled meats to choose from! Enjoy delicious steaks including filet mignon, and alcatra, picanha, picanha with garlic, and fraldinha, which are all different cuts of sirloin.
Side dishes include garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, cheese bread, black beans, and white rice. The side dishes are all-you-can-eat as well, so you'd better bring your appetite!
