Hillbilly Garden and Toyland can be found in Calvert City near Paducah and is the definition of a roadside attraction. At first, it may just seem like someone's collection of, well, junk, but when you stop and walk around you'll realize this place is filled with character and a lighthearted sense of humor. Another can't-miss roadside attraction in Kentucky is Paradise Point Marketplace, which is located near Barren River Lake in Scottsville. It's a restaurant, shop, market, and attraction all in one, and is always a friendly place to stop when you're in the area. Grab one of their delicious hot dogs and walk around the property to see what bizarre things you can discover.

The National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green is often named one of the best attractions in Kentucky. Its most unique feature is definitely the sinkhole exhibit that gives a glimpse into the devastation of the event that took place in 2014. The intriguing backyard of a guy named Jerry, known as "Jerry's Junk," can be found at the corner of Frankfort Avenue and William Street on the east side of Louisville. Follow the yellow brick road (literally - he put one in) and wander around the outside of the gate to see what treasures he has hidden on his property. You may not be able to get through the gate, but don't worry; there is plenty to see from the outside.
