Making this dream come true in Corbin, Bubby’s BBQ not only has a wonderful buffet, but it even includes some of their famous barbecue! It’s definitely one of the most delicious dining experiences in the Bluegrass State.
With plenty of activities and adventures available around Corbin, it seems appropriate that this small town is home to one of the best buffets in Kentucky. Bubby's BBQ is a local favorite, as well as a popular stop for visitors who are enjoying this beautiful area of our state.
Given its name, you'd expect Bubby's to have excellent barbecue - and they do. And even better, it's on their buffet! You can enjoy melt-in-your-mouth ribs and wings, as well as pulled pork with their signature sauce. The wings are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy and you can enjoy as many as your stomach can handle.
Other favorites on the buffet include fried catfish, mac and cheese, and if you're lucky, fried green tomatoes. It's so difficult to decide what to try, so thank goodness you can make multiple trips!
