I am somewhat a cliche'. I grew up running around barefoot on a farm in Kentucky.
I love writing, art, sunshine, all animals and my incredibly patient husband, who tolerates my "crazy animal lady" side.
We all occasionally grow weary of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and those Calgon baths just don’t take us away like the commercials say they do. Many times, we long for a vacation, but a big trip is not always in the budget. Fortunately, there are plenty of reasonably priced places to go for a relaxing getaway in Kentucky. We have beautiful small towns with unique attractions and mouthwatering food that can help relieve month’s worth of stress in just a few days.
