On your weekends when you have time to travel around the state, there’s a lot of places to choose from when it comes to finding food. If you’ve been looking for a filling weekend buffet that’s filled with all of your favorites, here’s the right place to do it. Plus, they’re also a brewery! Come check out what they’ve got cooking for you on your next trip through this area.
Welcome to Center Pivot Restaurant & Brewery, one building that's half restaurant and half brewery, depending on which side you enter. Together, they make a great place to visit on any road trip, especially if you're out visiting the Castle Rock badlands area.
They've been in operation since the summer of 2018, and we hope they continue to offer fresh brews and this amazing buffet on either side of this establishment.
Center Pivot offers the buffet daily, but it's extra good on the weekend after a long road trip. They don't only make the standard fare either, they focus on the wants of the community to make their dishes a little more special and personalized. If the town has a hankering for fried chicken, fried chicken they get!
Because of how well they serve the community, their fried chicken and homemade mashed potatoes are the star of the show. They may have a large salad bar, but it's the chicken and potatoes that disappear the fastest.
Of course, you can also order off the menu instead of the buffet bar, and find something a little more personalized for your meal. Everything is made with love and served with a Kansas smile.
Next time you're on the road near Quinter, make sure to stop in anytime from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays.
Have you ever eaten in Quinter before? If you have, let us know what your favorite things to do are in this area. If buffets aren’t your thing or you’ve already tried this down home restaurant, you’ll want to also check out this cafe disguised as a house in small town Kansas.
