One of our favorite small restaurants in the Sunflower State is in the little city of Kingman, not far from Wichita. There, you’ll find the delicious Smitty’s Carry Out, an old-fashioned, no-frills joint that has just a few tables, but is a favorite of travelers and locals alike.
