Most times when you visit a Kansas cafe, you’re treated to homemade food and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Here in Wilson, Made From Scratch is true to their name and double delicious for all the effort they put into the food. Have you had the chance to try it yet?
Welcome to Made From Scratch, the restaurant we love almost more than giant Czech eggs.
Wilson, KS is a tiny town with under 1,000 people, but this restaurant pulls in plenty of travelers off of I-70, and many come back for more when they're in the area.
Made From Scratch specializes in country style Kansas meals such as chicken fried and plenty of sides. They also have lunchtime buffets, with a very popular fresh pan fried chicken buffet on Sundays.
Everything is made from the heart, and the service is what you'd expect from a restaurant that treats patrons like family. The Czech capital of Kansas is no exception to that service we're known for.
Whether you've chosen to eat here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you'll want to make sure you get a slice of one of their amazing homemade pies or cheesecakes. Whatever they have available is sure to suit your sweet tooth just fine.
Made From Scratch is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays, and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays. They have daily buffets from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a breakfast buffet from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Sundays.
