Or maybe you’re not fond of crowds of kids that aren’t yours running around screaming. Either way, alpacas are a great friend to one and all. Here at this unique farm, you’ll meet some of the best alpacas in the state.

And rule they do, with plenty of care for their fur and great food. Just look at that color!

They have farm tours by appointment, so make sure to give them a call and schedule. (There are no set hours of operation here.)

They also sell alpaca hats, scarves, gloves & socks, rugs, art pieces, weaving, fiber, and yarn, as well as classes for 4-H, Scouts, and home schoolers.

They're very friendly animals, and wonderful for kids and adults to interact with. Like goats, they're friends to those with food!

Every year, the alpacas are sheared, and some of the products in the store here are made from these very alpacas' warm fleece.
