Born and raised Kansan, Clarisa has lived in both tiny towns and cities during their time here in the Sunflower State. As a busy mother of one crazy kid, two cats, and two geckos, they write whenever there is spare time.
When Kansas became a state, and railroads began weaving their way across the countryside, hotels and restaurants began popping up all over the place, in hopes of a rush of new customers. This timeless restaurant has stood the test of time, and in my opinion, won. Here you’ll find a warm atmosphere, and warmer fried chicken dinners.
